The highlight of my stay was definitely the fantastic location. Just a short walk from Sannomiya station, everything I needed was nearby—shopping, restaurants, and some lovely parks. The library cafe offered a cozy spot for coffee and snacks, which I really enjoyed. Breakfast had a nice variety. I loved the Japanese options along with fresh fruits and pastries. The staff were always friendly and eager to help, adding to the positive experience. I did encounter a couple of issues though. The elevators were frustratingly slow during rush hours, with waits sometimes hitting 10 minutes. Additionally, the TV didn’t support Netflix, which was a bit disappointing for winding down in the evening. Still, I found the room comfortable and clean, contributing to a pleasant stay over all.

The Comfort Hotel was an excellent choice for my business trip. The room had a great use of space, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. I appreciated the quiet environment, as I didn't hear any street noise. Plus, the location was quite strategic, being close to Sannomiya Station and numerous restaurants and cafes, making it easy to explore the area after work.

Just a solid selection for a quick trip in Kobe with extraordinarily good value for money. I really enjoyed the free coffee available in the library cafe. Be sure to arrive early for breakfast if you want coffee before 10 am.

We had a fantastic time here! The room was spacious enough for all our luggage, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. Don't miss the conveyor belt sushi next door and visiting the Rokkosan Ski Area for some fun activities. The breakfast offered more variety than expected, and the staff were really helpful during our stay.

The room was surprisingly spacious, allowing me to unpack my luggage comfortably. The breakfast offered a solid variety, although I wish there was more for continental options. The only downside was the limited number of elevators, which meant a bit of a wait at busy times.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, we appreciated the excellent daily towel refresh service and the delightful library cafe for enjoying coffee and snacks after a busy day, and the hotel is conveniently located just 150m from Sannomiya station, making it easy to explore the area.
